Well…

Hello from my childhood bedroom as I battle to type with my 6 month old kitten, Pepper, on my lap fighting for attention. Being back home for Christmas has proven to be a reset I wasn't aware I needed. As the new year approaches, a recentering of perspective and priorities is almost always on the menu and in my opinion best served around loved ones and a familiar environment. 

This year will be a year of letting go of fear of perfectionism for me. As a result, the music vault is opening and new music, in all its gloriously human imperfection, will be released. Starting January 7th with a song called Backseat.

I'm currently building this website and discovered this blogging feature and thought - “why not”. Journaling has been a regular (with admitted fluctuation) practice since 2018 and I've found no alternative for the clarity and insight it provides. As a human trying to connect with other humans in an increasingly non-human world, I figure sharing some of those insights and blips of clarity from my human brain to yours couldn't hurt. So here is blog post #1.

Apparently theres a comment section, if so please comment something about what you left in 2025 and/or picked up in 2026 perhaps; or just your favorite color idk
